Pinnacle Christian Online Pathway

Pinnacle works in partnership with Pathway Christian Prep Academy (PCPA) to set high schoolers up on an individualized path to achieve even the most ambitious goals and provide academic and spiritual support as life skills are fostered. Our desire is to cultivate an atmosphere of high expectations blended with grace where students are equipped to make a difference in the world for Christ

Accreditation matters when evaluating private Christian online schools. When a school is accredited, it demonstrates to parents, students, the greater community, and post-secondary institutions that it meets rigorous research-based performance standards for excellence in education. Simply put, accreditation can help your child’s chances of being accepted at his or her top choices when he or she is ready to attend college. Pathway is proud to be fully accredited by Cognia (previously AdvancED). Recognized worldwide, Cognia bestows recognition under the authority of various accreditation agencies, including NCA CASI, NWAC, and SACS CASI.

Pinnacle Christian Online Pathway’s responsibility for the student encompasses the spiritual, intellectual, mental, physical, social, and emotional areas. Our commitment is to discover, and help students discover, who they are in Christ, how they learn, their unique gifting, what drives them as a child of God, and how to apply all of these attributes to their school experience with the forward view of global impact.

Overview Of Pathway Online High School Program

Is Pinnacle a Good Fit
for My High School Student?

The standards are high at Pinnacle, and because of the unique model, this program is not for everyone. In order for students to be successful, here are a few things to be mindful of:

  • Servant Leaders of Character

All Pinnacle High School students are expected to lead as role models and be willing to serve as ambassadors of Pinnacle when engaged in off-campus learning and service opportunities.

  • Self-Motivated Scholars

The academic nature of PCPA is a highly rigorous and demanding college-preparatory program. For students with ambitious post-high school goals, PCPA can set them on a path to success.

  • Competent Schedule Managers

·Because of the flexible online format, students must responsibly manage their time and are expected to stay on track academically. Students spend several hours daily working online with additional time dedicated to off-line coursework.

  • Pursuers of Excellence

PCS high school students consistently put forth their best effort in all they do - academically, in extracurriculars, in service, and in ministry. Students are willing to take bold stands and are aimed to make an impact in our world..
